Return and Exchange Policy

  • All exchanges are only applicable within 14 Days after the order delivery date.

  • Customer support is only available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST).
  • Exchanges are also accepted through our Online Exchange Form.
  • Any queries received after the specified timeline will not be entertained.
  • Exchange will be accepted only if the products are returned in an UN-USED. condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • Original receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges.
  • Online orders can be exchanged through any nearby store.
  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, FUROR will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Items purchased at 50% off or above cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Any accessory is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date and provide an unboxing video for verification.
