How can I place an order?
To place your order, please follow the below-mentioned steps:

- You will receive your order number via SMS, email & auto-generated call. Please answer this call for confirmation of the order so we can ship it to you timely.
How can I check the status of my order?
After shipping your order, you will receive a tracking code via SMS & email along with the courier name. You can track, its status on the courier website. Also, you may reach our team on phone/WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram to ask about the status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. We typically ship orders by 12 pm on the next working day after the order is placed.
How will I know that you have received my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email, SMS & system-generated confirmation call. All of these will be containing the details of your order. Like, your unique Order ID, total payable amount & the item(s) you have ordered.
Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
Can I add items to my existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or edit an existing order once the order has already been processed.

Can I enter different billing and shipping information?
At the bottom of Shipping Address, there will be a checkbox stating “This address is also my billing address”. This option is helpful if you like to pay with a credit card and need to ship your product(s) to a different address than the one linked to your bank account. If you want your order to be shipped to a different address, please uncheck the box and enter the address where you want us to ship your order. If you wish to receive your order at your billing address, check this box and proceed to payment.
What is COD or cash on delivery?
You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions of up to PKR 30,000. Once you add all the items you wish to purchase into your cart, follow the steps below to pay with COD:
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Fill in the ‘Billing Information’ and ‘Shipping Method’ forms.
- In the Payment Information form, select “Cash on Delivery”.
- Click on “Confirm Now.” Note your Order Number which appears on the "Thank You" page.
- Your package will be delivered within the expected delivery period
- You’ll be asked for the required amount in cash at the time of the delivery and will be provided with a receipt along with your parcel.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?
Absolutely, it is secure. On selection of Credit/Debit Card payment method, you submit all of your payment details like Credit or Debit Card Number, its CVV & secret pin on payment gateway website. How can I use the "Bank Account Transfer" method?
Simply select "Bank Account Transfer" as a payment method and place the order. Now, go to your bank account online portal and add FurorJeans' account details as beneficiary and transfer the order's total amount. Contact our customer support team, once you get the transfer confirmation or they will call you back for payment confirmation.
If multiple items are ordered, will they be delivered at the same time? If not, will the payment be in portions or otherwise?
Typically, we ship all the items in one package. In cases where multiple items are ordered, the payment for the order will always be in full at the time of delivery. Customers will be notified in case of any exceptions, and payments will be adjusted accordingly.
Do shipping charges vary with the weight of the order?
As per courier arrangements, the cost of shipping may increase with the weight of the order and as per packing. FUROR provides free shipping for all orders over PKR 2,000 in Pakistan. For International orders, it will be calculated as per product weight along with the destination.
How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the contact number, address, city, and country information are mentioned clearly while placing the order. On the second failed attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.
How long is the delivery period?
Standard shipping takes 4-5 working days, depending on the order confirmation and availability of the product. For credit/debit cards and bank transfer orders, order processing is subjected to payment confirmation from the bank which usually takes 24-48 working hours.
What could be the reasons for the delayed delivery of my order?
Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification to process the order. Also, on occasions like Eid or sale, we receive a massive flow of orders which may delay the order delivery due to load.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE shipping, for orders of or above PKR 2000 all across Pakistan. For orders of value below PKR 2000, we provide regular shipping in PKR 200.

Do you offer same day or express delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery (within 24 Hours) in Karachi only for Just PKR 200.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If there is any defect in the order, what should be done?
For Local Orders: In case any product is found to be faulty or damaged, the customer may reach us through call, email, or WhatsApp so we could arrange a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice. Please note that you could be asked for pictures of the damaged/faulty product.
For International Orders: Replacement will be issued in case any faulty or damaged product is shipped internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at [email protected] before any claims can be processed.
In which cases are returns not possible?
